ERROR: Object reference not set to an instance of an object.

Any ideas what this means? I updated to the newest version of the software, added two names and the map appeared (yeah)... I then created a workflow to add names into the VE web part from another...

Error:scopingBar_separator undefined

getting Error:scopingBar_separator undefined on page load. Web part functions properly once dialog is dismissed.
