ERROR: 'VEMap' is undefined

I installed this webpart without any issues about a week ago and have been experimenting with it since then. Today I was going to notify a small group of folks to start testing it and this error appeared. I have not made any changes to the site and yesterday it was working fine. This is installed on a W23K-SBS running WSS 2007.
Any ideas? Thanks, Ed.

Maybe it's not something to do with my specific instalation - it's happening on Phil's website as well (:-o)!

ARG! Either Microsoft VE is down (doubtful) or they stopped supporting version 4. It's been long overdue for me to upgrade my webpart - now may be the time. My site example has been working for nearly 2 years now - something changed on Micrsoft's end.

I'll ask for patience for me to upgrade to version 6 - mike take a week or some because I'm swamped lately.

Thanks for letting me know though! Woud've never thought to look!

I would greatly appreciate it if you were able to upgrade this web part. I really like it a lot and would regret not being able to use it.

Thanks for the fine work.

I'm not sure this is a low impact issue as it pretty much makes this web part useless. Basically, you can turn off the "Show Map" feature and then the web part displays the appropriate information from the list. I think the idea is to show it with the map (which no longer seems to work).

I am getting 'vemap is undefined' accessing a site. The site uses Chrome and they are not getting it so they say it is me, but I do not get this error on all sites accessing a map. I am using IE9, but I also get the error with Chrome too accessing their site. They have told me update my Java, but how and where to update?s. I do see how there was a fix here on this page.
